Setting Up Over 250 Samsung Branded Corners
As part of Samsung Italy’s retail expansion, the Shop-in-Shop project involved setting up branded corners within major electronics retailers (MediaWorld, Unieuro, Euronics, Trony).
As Project Coordinator at Cheil Italy, I oversaw the execution of installations for the mobile division, managing materials, scheduling, costs, and suppliers for over 250 branded corners.
Design, logistics, and operational precision worked together to deliver an in-store experience consistent with the brand’s identity.

Shop-in-Shop Setup of New Retail Points (Mobile Division)
Within the main retail chains (MediaWorld, Unieuro, Trony, Euronics), I managed the implementation of 250 Samsung Shop-in-Shop corners dedicated to the mobile division. The project created branded spaces of varying sizes, showcasing products such as smartphones, wearables, and accessories. The main activities included:
- Supporting the Design Team with layout revisions
- Reviewing quotes and installation schedules provided by suppliers
- Supervising materials and their shipment to technical teams
- Coordinating installations in real time with live updates
- Monitoring the budget and applying costs to the client
- Keeping direct communication with the client to report on project progress
The following graphics illustrate the entire process I managed for each implementation of these areas:
